Pre Sale Questions

Your order will be placed and handled. We'll ship it to you once we have the stock available.
Regrettably, once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
We do offer both refund and exchange. However, we do not offer refund on promotion/discounted items.
Regrettably, we cannot make any changes to details or addresses once an order has been processed at our fulfillment center.
  1. Payment: Payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.
  2. Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, typically within 2-4 weeks of your order placement.
  3. Order Changes: Once your pre-order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  4. Multiple Items: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  5. Communication: We'll keep you updated on the status of your pre-order via email. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns.
