Thank you for visiting and shopping at LIT21.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1-3 business days to Thailand

2-7 business days to SEA

10-15 business days to the rest of the world

DHL

3-7 business days to the rest of the world

 

Shipment cost varies on conditions.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

LIT21​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RULES FOR PRE-ORDER :

  1. PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.
  2. SHIPPING: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, typically within 4 weeks of your order placement.
  3. ORDER CHANGES: Once your pre-order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  4. MULTIPLE ITEMS: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
